DIGITIZING FEE $20 TAT: 7-14 business days

All embroidery files need to be digitized to a format the embroidery machines support. Each embroidery type (flat/3D) requires a separate digitized file. Setup charge is an one-time fee. You will be able to reuse the digitized file for future orders with the exact same logo/design. Keep in mind any new files will always require this fee.

What is Digitizing?

Digitizing refers to the process of converting a design or logo into a stitch file that can be read and understood by the computerized embroidery machine. This image tells the needles how to move to create the embroidered version of the original image. The higher the stitch count, the longer it takes for the machine to produce the product and consequently, the higher the price.
