Artwork Requirements for Custom Orders

To ensure the best print and embroidery quality, please send your artwork/logo in the highest quality format available.

Preferred File Types (Best Quality)

For the cleanest results and the ability to resize your design without losing quality, please send:

  • SVG
  • AI
  • EPS
  • PDF (vector-based/high quality)

These file types are considered vector files, which means they can be resized without becoming blurry or pixelated.


Accepted File Types

We also accept:

  • PNG (transparent background preferred)
  • JPG / JPEG

⚠️ Please note: PNG and JPG files are raster images, which means they may become blurry or pixelated when enlarged depending on the original quality.


Important Notes

  • Transparent background PNGs are preferred for print-ready designs.
  • Screenshots, social media images, or low-resolution files may not print or digitize clearly.
  • If your file is low quality, additional artwork cleanup, recreation, or vector conversion fees may apply.
  • For embroidery orders, some logos may require a one time digitizing fee ($15) depending on the design complexity.
  • We are not responsible for poor print quality caused by low-resolution artwork provided by the customer.
