Order Placing
- Upload high quality image(s) to truvibezonly@gmail.com if you would like to add a picture of your child.
- Add any additional information you’d like to add i.e. name and age of child

- If more information is needed, a member of the design team will contact you via email.
- A proof will be sent to the email on the order to make certain everything looks perfect. The sooner you respond, the quicker your item can be finalized and mailed.
- Due to the customization of the product, processing time can take up to 7-14 business days. Please place your order 1-2wks in advance.
- Shipping times are based on the actual date the product is shipped, not when the order is placed.
- All sales are final.
