WATER BOTTLES WILL NOT BE SHIPPED, ONLY THE LABELS WITH ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS PROVIDED. LOCAL CUSTOMERS CAN OPT FOR PICKUP WITH WATER BOTTLES.

Order Placing 

• Upload high quality image(s).
• Include 2-3 pictures of your graduate and school mascot
• Contact truvibezonly@gmail.com if you have any questions or concerns.
• Add additional information like name, school mascot, etc to the notes section 

Notes

• If more information is needed, a member of the design team will contact you via email.
• A proof will be sent to the email on the order to make certain everything looks perfect.  The sooner you respond, the quicker your item can be finalized and mailed.
• Due to the customization of the product, processing time can take up to 7-14 business days. Please place your order 1-2wks in advance.
• Shipping times are based on the actual date the product is shipped, not when the order is placed.
